Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Premiere Consulting Firm LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide credit repair services, which include:

  • Reviewing your credit reports for inaccurate, unfair, or unverifiable items
  • Preparing and submitting dispute letters to credit bureaus on your behalf
  • Providing guidance and updates throughout the process
  • Offering support via email for questions and concerns

Important Disclosures

As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we provide the following disclosures:

  • No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee any specific results or credit score increases. Results vary based on individual circumstances, the accuracy of your reports, and bureau responses.
  • Your Rights: You have the legal right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit reports yourself, free of charge, by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
  • Cancellation Rights: You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time.
  • No Advance Fees: We do not charge fees before services are fully performed each month.

Pricing and Payment

Our service is billed at $199 per month on a subscription basis. Key terms:

  • Payments are processed monthly on the date you subscribe
  • All fees are in U.S. dollars
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle
  • There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or hidden charges
  • Refunds are not provided for services already rendered

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for future months, but fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to our requests for documentation in a timely manner
  • Review and approve dispute letters before submission (if applicable)
  • Not dispute items you know to be accurate and verified
  • Maintain responsible credit behavior during and after our service
  • Keep your payment information current

What We Will Not Do

We will not:

  • Remove accurate, verified negative information
  • Create a new credit identity for you
  • Advise you to make false statements or misrepresent facts
  • Guarantee specific outcomes or score increases
  • Charge fees before services are performed

Timeline and Results

Credit repair is a process that takes time. Credit bureaus typically have 30-45 days to investigate disputes. Most clients work with us for 3-6 months, though timelines vary. We cannot control how bureaus or creditors respond to disputes, and results are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to our services remain our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
